About PhIX
PhIX (Pharmacy Incident Exchange) is a CQI+ platform designed to support Alberta community pharmacies in meeting the Alberta College of Pharmacy's CQI+ expectations. It enables pharmacies to document practice incidents and close calls, complete required self-assessments, record CQI meetings, and track improvement initiatives in a person-centred, proactive, and learning-focused manner.
PhIX supports meaningful analysis, shared learning, and evidence-based improvement, while keeping documentation organized, consistent, and audit-ready.
